Founder & President

Ravishanker Patel is a technology entrepreneur, real estate investor, and licensed Texas broker with over 15 years of experience in Information Technology and real estate investments. He specializes in Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), project management, and large-scale real estate operations.

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Ravishanker has successfully led numerous IT and real estate projects, bringing expertise in operations, budgeting, execution, vendor management, and strategic growth.

In real estate, he has built a strong presence in the Dallas–Fort Worth market since 2010, with experience spanning multifamily investments, land acquisitions, property management, and real estate financing. His portfolio includes approximately 13,200 acres of land investments and management of nearly 1,000 residential units across the United States.

Beyond business, Ravishanker is actively involved in community development and philanthropy through RSP Trust, supporting initiatives focused on education, healthcare, and economic empowerment.
